One of Ilfracombe's biggest and most creative annual events is back!

After an enforced break during the Pandemic Sea Ilfracombe will be here on 4th and 5th September 2021!

There will be lots of live music, and the ever-popular appearances from Punch and Judy and Captain Sparrow.

The food on offer promises to be incredible this year, everything from Thai, BBQ, fish and chips, hog roast to cakes and a CrabFest at the Yacht Club.

New to the festival is the inclusion of two dance troupes!

Have a look back at Sea Ilfracombe 2019!

Following the huge success of previous festivals, 2021 promises to be the biggest festival ever!

Over the weekend you will find activities for all ages. Again the Festival will centred around the  Ropery Road Car Park.

PLUS there are even more attractions this year at the Aquarium and the Harbour Master's Office and, of course, lots of events and activities going on both on the Harbour beach and out on the water.

Remember this Festival is FREE!

The Festival started in 2009 when a group of

local volunteers and businesses got together to create The Sea Ilfracombe Maritime Festival!

The event has gone from strength to strength over the years; attracting local, national and even international visitors to enjoy a vast array of attractions, local food, live music and family entertainment all for FREE over a full weekend.

The festival is organised by volunteers, charity and council funding and with the generosity of local businesses. Most of the events are FREE although donations are invited – so do drop some coins into our ‘foot-soldiers’ tins when you see them!

Plans and preparations for Sea Ilfracombe are still very much underway so bookmark this page for updates and news before the big weekend!

See you there!
